Web Designer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Ability to design complex, professional websites using Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to create optimized motion graphics from scratch using Adobe Flash.
- Extensive experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript - other languages are a plus.
- Works with Sr. Web Developer on an assortment of pre-defined customer projects while following specified style and development guidelines for each.
- Ability to multi-task and contribute to multiple projects at once.
- Ability to effectively record and document project progress.
- Ability to meet with customers and gather project requirements.
- Willingness and flexibility to use new development tools and resources.
- Baseline SEO knowledge a Plus
REQUIREMENTS:
- A broad understanding of web design, navigation, content presentation, and web technologies.
- 2-4 years professional website development experience
- 1-2 years website administration and maintenance experience

Bench Technician I
This position is open immediately. This position requires the individual to provide in-house & occasional onsite network, software, & hardware support. Candidate must be detail-oriented and keep detailed logs of services for billing purposes. This position is primarily hardware & software support. You will be working with walk-in customers who need repairs, support, and may be looking to purchase new or used equipment. Candidate must have experience with PC repair, including troubleshooting, replacing parts, building new workstations, and reinstalling operating systems. This position is open immediately. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-spoken individual to work in our Tampa office. You will be responsible for originating phone calls to prospective customers and providing information about our products and services and setting appoinments for the Account Managers. May respond to incoming calls from prospective customers. May review company or customer records to identify prospect lists. You will be required to document telephone sales activity and results.
